Onze fabriek bestaat uit meerdere productielijnen en maken we gebruik van zowel moderne als oudere machines. Daardoor zal er in jouw rol als Storingsmonteur veel afwisseling zijn in je werkzaamheden. Samen met circa 100 collega's op deze locatie ga je samenwerken. Met elkaar hebben we één ding gemeen, en dat is Kraft Heinz klaarmaken voor de toekomst. Dit gebeurt in een fijne werksfeer waar elke deur altijd openstaat, behalve die van de koelcellen natuurlijk.

Jij hebt passie voor techniek en weet als geen ander hoe machines in elkaar zitten. Lijkt het je dan ook nog eens leuk om met de productielijnen te werken van voedingsmiddelen? Werkzaamheden

Als Storingsmonteur bij Kraft Heinz heb je een functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid en vrijheid. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de productielijnen draaien en ook blijven draaien. Zo los jij dagelijks storingen op. Deze variëren natuurlijk enorm, van grote tot kleine storingen. Aan jou de taak om prioriteiten te stellen en te schakelen tussen de betrokken partijen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat je de storingen definitief verhelpt, of je komt met creatieve noodoplossingen. Een greep uit je verdere werkzaamheden:

  • Je lost mechanische, elektrische en besturingstechnische storingen op van alle installaties in de fabriek;
  • Assisteren doe je bij preventieve onderhouds- en revisiewerkzaamheden;
  • Je ondersteunt de Operators bij het in-, om- en bijstellen van de productielijnen;
  • Ook registreer je en verwerk je de werkbonnen, uren en materialen administratief.

Ervaring & competenties

Wij zoeken een storingsmonteur die het gaaf vindt om in een van de meest geautomatiseerde fabrieken van Nederland te werken en voldoet aan onderstaande eisen:

  • MBO 3 of 4 diploma in een technische richting zoals elektrotechniek, mechatronica of werktuigbouwkunde.
  • Je geeft niet op en bijt je vast in storingen totdat ze zijn opgelost
  • Je bent creatief en zoekt naar definitieve oplossingen
  • Werken in een 3-ploegendienst past bij jou

Wat bieden wij jou?

Als Storingsmonteur ben je een onmisbare schakel in het proces. Jij bent een belangrijk onderdeel van het team en daar krijg je een aantal dingen voor terug. Hieronder staat alles voor je op een rijtje:

  • Je ontvangt een basissalaris tussen €2.800,- en € 3.900,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring;
  • Boven op je basissalaris ontvang je een ploegentoeslag van 20% over al je gewerkte uren;
  • Elk jaar krijg je in mei 8% vakantiegeld uitgekeerd;
  • Aan het einde van het jaar ontvang je ook een gegarandeerde eindejaarsuitkering;
  • Naast de gebruikelijke 22,5 vakantiedagen bouw je nog 17 ADV-dagen op, waardoor je in totaal 39,5 vrije dagen hebt op basis van een fulltime dienstverband;
  • Je kunt gratis gebruikmaken van de on-site fysiotherapeut, we bieden een fietsplan en een collectieve ziektekostenregeling;
  • Je krijgt ook een reiskostenvergoeding op basis van openbaar vervoer of een vergoeding van € 0,21 per kilometer;
  • Omdat we ontwikkeling belangrijk vinden, bieden we voldoende opleidingsmogelijkheden en ruimte zodat je binnen de organisatie kan doorgroeien;
  • Tijdens de pauzes kun je gratis genieten van onze heerlijke producten om je boterham mee te beleggen, en de kantine biedt tal van andere lunchopties.
