The posting

Ready to revolutionize healthcare, making it faster and more accessible than ever before?

How we started:

Founded in 2013 by Dwayne D’Souza, HeliosX was built on a simple but powerful idea: healthcare should be easier to access, faster to receive, and centred around the individual. From day one, we’ve grown without external funding; scaling profitably through technology, disciplined execution, and deep medical expertise. What started as a challenger idea has become one of the most significant healthcare platforms operating globally today.

Where we are now:

We’ve earned the trust of millions of people worldwide through category-leading products and well-known brands, including MedExpress, Dermatica, ZipHealth, RocketRX, and Levity. A key driver of our success is vertical integration; we operate our own manufacturing and proprietary products, led by in-house medical teams, researchers, and pharmacists at the top of their fields.

In 2025, HeliosX treated more than 1.7 million patients globally and reached £781m in revenue, representing +337% year-on-year growth and cementing our position as the clear market leader in the UK. That growth translates into real-world outcomes: our weight-loss treatments helped patients lose 8.5 million kilograms of excess weight in 2025 alone, contributing to an estimated 1,300 fewer cardiac events. This is growth with measurable, life-changing impact at scale.

Today, we operate across four international markets, with successful launches in Germany and Canada and continued expansion in the US. We were also recently recognised in the Sunday Times Top 100 fastest-growing tech companies, further validation of both our momentum and our ambition.

Where we’re going:

2026 is another significant year for HeliosX. Our ambition is to surpass £1.1bn in revenue, continue expanding thoughtfully into new international markets and broaden our condition and treatment portfolio. As we scale, we're focused on building the technology, operational excellence and clinical capabilities that will support sustainable long-term growth. Joining HeliosX now means helping shape the systems, teams and products that will define the next chapter of digital healthcare. You'll be solving complex problems at pace, working alongside exceptional people and building products that genuinely improve lives at scale.

There’s never been a more exciting time to join HeliosX. Come be a part of making our dream of easier and faster healthcare a reality!

About the role

The Product Manager, CRO plays a pivotal role within the International department, responsible for driving marketing enablement and conversion rate optimisation across our international markets. You'll report to our VP of International.

The successful candidate will lead efforts in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), new product launches and support with Growth Team tests. You'll utilise data sources such as consumer behaviour analytics, user research, industry benchmarking and experiment performance to drive improvements in conversion rate. Your work will directly impact the growth of the business, and you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, performance marketing, engineering, design, and senior leadership.

What you'll be doing

Conversion Rate Optimisation:

  • Lead ongoing experimentation efforts to identify site improvements with statistical significance, encompassing strategic testing, UX enhancements, pricing/discounting and messaging optimisation.
  • Utilise data-driven insights obtained from regular analysis of user behaviour and A/B testing results to generate actionable recommendations, facilitating evidence-based decisions for optimising conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the UI/UX designer to identify and implement key improvements in the customer journey, aiming to reduce friction, enhance engagement, and increase conversions.
  • Utilise data and user insights to inform the recommendation engine for upselling, cross-selling, and other strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key conversion rates by page and campaign, ensuring consistent health and tracking changes resulting from CRO initiatives across various campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for further optimisation.

New product launches:

  • Oversee the creation of dedicated landing pages for each new product launch, showcasing compelling product information, benefits, and persuasive call-to-action elements.
  • Ensure prominent placement of the new product in the website's navigation menu and structure for easy user access.
  • Integrate customer testimonials, reviews, or case studies on the new product's landing pages to establish trust and credibility.

Analysis and prioritisation:

  • Drive customer analysis and research to gain expertise and insights that can be used to influence product and road map priorities. Understand why people are or are not buying our products.
  • Understand the market landscape, competitor landscape, best practices, and industry trends to inform the roadmap and actively work to surpass competitors.
  • You will maintain an ongoing backlog of potential relevant experiments and initiatives to support your team goals, utilise a data-backed prioritisation system, and inform stakeholders of ongoing progress. This multifaceted role requires a flexible team player who can lead or assist with various marketing tasks, collaborating closely with brand, user acquisition, product, and data teams to align on initiatives and plans.

What you'll bring to HeliosX

  • Have at least 5 years of product management and/or growth experience.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to speed up growth or CRO work, such as analysing data, generating test ideas or prototyping pages.
  • Have worked in startups/scale-ups that are growing rapidly.
  • Have worked on D2C products with a significant number of users.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and optimisation on landing pages.
  • Have a deep understanding of acquisition KPIs and complex funnels.
  • Have a growth marketing/optimisation mindset.
  • You're extremely analytical/data-driven, and have experience working with data sets to derive insights and set priorities.
  • Experience working successfully with great designers and engineers.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and intellectual curiosity.
  • Be a proactive team player who enjoys working with peers and other key stakeholders to design and execute against the evolving business needs.

Life at HeliosX

We are currently a diverse team of engineers, scientists, clinical researchers, physicians, pharmacists, marketeers, and customer care specialists committed to our mission - but we need more talented folks to join us, if we want to achieve our global ambitions!

Aside from working with our all-star team, here are some of the other benefits you may be eligible for when coming on board:

  • Generous equity allocations with significant upside potential
  • Annual leave allowance alongside public holidays
  • Private health insurance, along with pre-existing condition, dental, and eye care cover

  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Cycle-to-work scheme
  • Electric car scheme
  • Free Dermatica and MedExpress products every month, as well as family discounts

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
