岗位职责： 发现问题：深入理解用户需求，挖掘使用场景中的痛点与机会。通过调研、数据和用户反馈，找出体验瓶颈。 提出方案：将复杂流程简化成直观的交互路径。结合动效和微交互，让产品体验更自然、更有温度。 验证效果：绘制UI并与用户测试，不断优化设计方案。与产品、研发团队协作，将方案落地。通过数据分析和用户反馈，持续迭代。

任职要求： 我们要解决的问题： 1、流程复杂：用户在完成一个简单操作时，需要点击多层页面，体验割裂。 2、信息过载：功能太多，信息密集，用户难以找到核心价值。 3、情感缺失：产品虽然能用，但缺乏温度和情感连接，用户留存存在不足。 我们希望你具备的能力： 1、有扎实的交互设计基础，能够用UI和流程图清晰表达思路。 2、熟悉常用设计工具（Figma/Sketch/Ae等）。 3、善于换位思考，能够从用户视角审视问题。能快速理解需求方需求，在体验设计与业务之间平衡兼顾 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力，能与产品、研发紧密合作。 5、有一定的审美和视觉设计能力加分。
