1、多平台账号运营与管理 负责小红书、抖音等社交媒体账号的日常运营，包括内容发布、标签优化、封面设计与账号维护，提升品牌曝光和用户互动率。 2、用户互动与关系维护 积极回复评论区及私信，解答用户疑问，提供咨询支持，收集并整理用户反馈与潜在客户信息，促进转化与用户忠诚度。 3、内容策划与创作 协助完成社交媒体内容（图文/视频）的撰写、拍摄与剪辑，确保内容风格符合平台特性（如小红书“种草感”、抖音“短平快”）与品牌调性。 4、数据跟踪与优化迭代 定期收集并分析账号数据（播放量、互动率、转化效果等），形成数据报告，基于反馈快速调整内容方向，提升运营效率。 5、爆款测试与打法复用 围绕“爆款测试”和“转化优化”目标，高效试错内容形式与选题，并将验证有效的运营策略复用于自营账号筹备与内容规划。 6、跨项目协作支持 协助KOC项目相关工作的推进，包括但不限于内容转化路径优化与多平台运营策略支持。

本科或研究生在读，专业不限，对日本留学或教育行业有浓厚兴趣者优先。 1、熟悉小红书、抖音等社交平台的规则与运营机制，具备实际账号运营经验者更佳。 2、具备优秀的网感与内容创作能力，能独立撰写符合平台风格的文案，熟练使用剪映、醒图等工具进行视频/图文制作。 3、对数据敏感，能通过后台数据分析内容表现，并据此优化运营策略。 4、沟通能力强，有责任心，能高效回应用户反馈，主动同步工作进展，适应快速试错与方向调整的工作模式。 5、具备特定内容形式特长（如口播、场景拍摄等）或为HelloTalk用户者优先。
