Poste : Dans le cadre d'un recrutement en CDI, nous recherchons un Responsable de secteur H/F pour notre agence de SARREGUEMINES.

En tant que Responsable de secteur H/F , vous serez le garant de la croissance et de la satisfaction de notre clientèle dans votre zone d'intervention. Vous serez sous la responsabilité du Responsable Multi Agences.

Votre mission ? Développer votre secteur, fidéliser nos clients et assurer un service de qualité.

Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :

Management des équipes : Assurer l'intégration des intervenants. Animer et manager les salariés. Mettre en place une politique managériale.

Gestion : Appliquer les politiques budgétaires de son secteur. Piloter les indicateurs et tableaux de bord de son secteur (vérification et mise en place d'actions correctives si besoin). Garantir la rentabilité de son secteur.

Développement : Garantir le développement commercial de son secteur. Mettre en place les actions commerciales. Développer le partenariat avec les instances institutionnelles de la région. Mutualiser les ressources humaines de son périmètre.

Profil recherché : Pour réussir dans ce poste, vous devez être doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, d'un sens commercial développé et d'une capacité à travailler de manière autonome.

Expérience et compétences requises : Vous justifiez d'une expérience probante de 3 ans minimum dans un poste similaire dans le secteur de l'aide à domicile et/ou secteur de la propreté. Vous maîtrisez les techniques de gestion de clientèle. Vous êtes doté(e) d'un excellent sens de l'organisation et de la planification. Vous avez une connaissance approfondie du secteur et de ses enjeux. Vous êtes titulaire d'un permis B valide.

Qualités personnelles : Vous êtes doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel et d'un sens commercial développé. Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se) et organisé(e). Vous avez un esprit d'équipe et vous êtes capable de manager une équipe de terrain. Vous êtes doté(e) d'un excellent sens de la communication et de la négociation.
