The posting

Nous recherchons un Qualiticien Projet (F/H) en CDI pour venir renforcer nos équipes HEMERIA AIRSHIP au sein de notre division SPACE & SKY localisées à Ayguesvives.

MISSIONS:

1. Exigences, normes et conformité

•Être garant du respect des exigences qualité, normatives et réglementaires sur les projets.

•S’assurer de l’identification des exigences client, normatives et réglementaires, et en contrôler la prise en compte tout au long du projet.

•S’assurer que les livrables respectent les normes qualité établies, les exigences du client et les objectifs fixés.

•Garantir la conformité des livrables (produits et documentations) et valider leur passage en revues projet.

•Assurer les audits clients dans le cadre des nouveaux développements.

2. Mise en œuvre et suivi de la qualité projet

•Définir et mettre en œuvre les dispositions qualité du projet.

•Produire la documentation qualité du projet.

•Mettre à jour les indicateurs de suivi qualité, analyser les résultats et préparer des rapports pour les parties prenantes.

•Assurer le traitement et la clôture des non-conformités.

•Piloter les investigations pour déterminer les causes racines et mettre en place les actions correctives et préventives.

3. Amélioration continue

•Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et proposer des actions correctives pour optimiser la qualité des livrables et l’efficacité du projet.

•Piloter les chantiers d’amélioration continue des processus et du système qualité.

4. Coordination et accompagnement

•Veiller à la bonne prise en compte des évolutions du projet, en interne comme auprès du client. Le poste implique une gestion multi-projets, à différents niveaux de maturité et de complexité.

•Accompagner et former les équipes projet afin de développer leurs compétences méthodologiques

  • Expérience en assurance qualité dans l’industrie
  • Connaissance des processus et des normes EN 9100
  • Méthodique et capacité d’analyse
  • Capacités de communication, de travail d’équipe et de gestion de projet type PMO, capable de jouer un rôle de facilitateur, de faire adhérer les équipes aux exigences qualité, avec une posture pédagogue et assertive
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement en évolution rapide
  • Une maîtrise de la navigabilité serait un plus
