The posting

HEMERIA AIRSHIP renforce ses activités et structure son pôle Opérations Aériennes afin de gagner en autonomie sur la préparation et l’exécution des opérations de déploiement de ses plateformes aérostats. Nous recherchons un.e Chargé.e des Opérations Aériennes (F/H) pour structurer et piloter cette activité stratégique.

Rattaché.e au Responsable du Centre de Compétences, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

MISSIONS :

Préparation des opérations

  • Définir et maintenir les procédures internes liées aux opérations de vol.
  • Organiser les moyens humains, techniques et logistiques.
  • Gérer la documentation opérationnelle et les autorisations nécessaires.

Conduite des opérations

  • Diriger l’équipe Opérations lors des essais et campagnes de vol.
  • Suivre le profil de mission et garantir la conformité machine/météo.
  • Décider des procédures d’urgence ou de l’arrêt des opérations si nécessaire.

Pilotage continu

  • Anticiper la charge, planifier et gérer les ressources internes et externes.
  • Structurer la formation et la qualification de l’équipe.
  • Contribuer au chiffrage en avant-vente.
  • Apporter un support opérationnel aux équipes ingénierie sur l’ensemble du cycle IVVQ.

Le poste implique des déplacements réguliers.

  • Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en opérations techniques, essais ou systèmes mobiles/embarqués.
  • Maîtrise du processus IVVQ et des moyens d’essai.
  • Capacité à rédiger une documentation opérationnelle et d’essais claire et structurée.
  • Bonnes connaissances des cadres normatifs aéronautiques et des exigences de sécurité opérationnelle.
  • Maîtrise des méthodes et outils de gestion de projet.
  • Leadership : management, organisation, anticipation et gestion des imprévus.
  • Aisance dans la coordination multi-acteurs (ingénierie, projets, sous-traitants, organismes).
  • Polyvalence et capacité à structurer ou améliorer des processus.
  • Expérience appréciée dans le déploiement d’opérations sur sites variés.
