Deine Aufgaben

  • Erste Ansprechperson für alle Endkund:innen in der EMEA-Region bei Fragen und Anliegen zur Marke Mahlkönig, unabhängig vom Kaufkanal
  • Schriftliche (primär über Freshdesk) sowie telefonische Bearbeitung von Produktanfragen, Fragen zum Bestellstatus, Reklamationen, Bedienungsfragen etc.
  • Sicherstellung einer schnellen, kompetenten und kundenorientierten Bearbeitung von Anliegen mit dem Ziel höchster Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Koordination mit internen Schnittstellen (Werke, Logistikzentrum, Produktmanagement und Vertrieb) zur zügigen Klärung von Kundenanliegen
  • Kundenorientierte Bearbeitung von Rückgabewünschen mit dem Ziel, Kundenbindung zu stärken und Zusatzverkaufspotenziale zu nutzen
  • Abwicklung und Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen im Onlineshop vom Auftragseingang bis zur Auslieferung

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement oder in der Industrie
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Kundenservice, E-Commerce und in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
  • Bereitschaft, sich ein umfassendes Produktwissen anzueignen und dieses in der Kundenberatung sicher anzuwenden
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Eigeninitiative zur Prozessoptimierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
