Henco in Herentals (Antwerpen – België) is in een periode van 20 jaar een belangrijke Europese producent geworden van buizen, koppelingen en toebehoren van uitstekende kwaliteit. Producten voor verwarmings-, gas- en sanitaire installaties die hun toepassing vinden in woningbouw en utiliteit. Daarnaast biedt het bedrijf een breed assortiment ten behoeve van vloerverwarmingsinstallaties. Er wordt jaarlijks een wereldwijde afzet gerealiseerd van meer dan 130 miljoen meter buis en meer dan 11 miljoen koppelingen met 250 medewerkers. In de fabriek in België wordt door middel van een verfijnd ontwikkelings- en productieproces continu een uitstekende kwaliteit gegarandeerd. Henco beschikt over moderne productielijnen en magazijnen, die constant uitgebreid worden om op een flexibele manier aan de vragen uit de markt te kunnen voldoen. Voor de verdere uitbouw van de Belgische markt zoeken wij een dynamische medewerker (M/V)

Vacatureomschrijving

Als Assistent Supervisor Afrol ondersteun je de Supervisor in de dagelijkse werking van onze afdeling Afrol. Deze afdeling staat in voor de verwerking van grote coils buis tot standaardformaten en verpakte eindproducten. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de planning, opvolging en continue verbetering van de afdeling.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse aansturing van de afdeling Afrol;
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van planningen en personeelsbezetting;
  • Opvolgen van KPI’s en productieprestaties;
  • Actief meewerken aan Continuous Improvement projecten (Lean, 5S, optimalisaties);
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en meewerken aan procesoptimalisaties;
  • Mee instaan voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, orde en netheid op de afdeling;
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor operatoren en teamleaders bij afwezigheid van de Supervisor;
  • Rapporteren aan de Supervisor Afrol.

Functie-eisen

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor in een technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring als teamleader of in een leidinggevende rol binnen een productieomgeving;
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in planning, organisatie en productieprocessen;
  • Kennis van Lean Manufacturing, 5S of Continuous Improvement is een grote plus;
  • Je bent hands-on, gestructureerd en organisatorisch sterk;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan mensen motiveren en aansturen;
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt in oplossingen en verbeteringen;
  • Je bent flexibel en kan goed prioriteiten stellen.
