Henco in Herentals (Antwerpen – België) is in een periode van 30 jaar een belangrijke Europese producent geworden van buizen, koppelingen en toebehoren van uitstekende kwaliteit. Producten voor verwarmings-, gas- en sanitaire installaties die hun toepassing vinden in woningbouw en utiliteit. Daarnaast biedt het bedrijf een breed assortiment ten behoeve van vloerverwarmingsinstallaties. Er wordt jaarlijks een wereldwijde afzet gerealiseerd van meer dan 130 miljoen meter buis en meer dan 11 miljoen koppelingen met meer dan 300 medewerkers. In de fabriek in België wordt door middel van een verfijnd ontwikkelings- en productieproces continu een uitstekende kwaliteit gegarandeerd. Henco beschikt over moderne productielijnen en magazijnen, die constant uitgebreid worden om op een flexibele manier aan de vragen uit de markt te kunnen voldoen.

Vacatureomschrijving

Als Technisch Operator / Machinesteller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, ombouwen en optimaliseren van onze productiemachines op onze Afrol afdeling.

Na een korte inloopperiode in productie om het proces te leren kennen start je met een grondige opleiding tot machinesteller, waarbij je stap voor stap alle machines en processen zelfstandig leert omstellen en uiteindelijk ook zal instaan voor het autonoom onderhoud.

Je hebt een sterke veiligheidsmindset en werkt steeds volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften, herkent risico’s tijdig en neemt proactief maatregelen om jezelf en collega’s te beschermen

Je krijgt de kans om actief mee te denken over verbeteringen en werkt nauw samen met productie en onderhoud.

Op piekmomenten kan je ingezet worden als productiemedewerker.

Parallel aan je job krijg je de mogelijkheid om een opleidings- en groeitraject van ongeveer 2 jaar te volgen en bij succesvolle voltooiing door te groeien tot onderhoudstechnieker.

Taken

  • Instellen, ombouwen en opstarten van machines volgens de productieplanning;
  • Autonoom onderhoud uitvoeren aan de installaties zodat deze betrouwbaar kunnen produceren;
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en afwijkingen rapporteren;
  • Input geven voor het optimaliseren en opmaken van omstelprocedures;
  • Kans om actief mee te werken aan procesverbeteringen en optimalisaties;
  • Nauw samenwerken met techniekers en productie om de lijnperformantie te verhogen;
  • Tijdens en na de opleiding:Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan machines en installaties Oplossen van eerstelijns technische storingen Autonoom opsporen en oplossen van mechanische en elektrische storingen

Functie-eisen

  • Technische aanleg en inzicht zijn absoluut noodzakelijk;
  • Eerste ervaring als operator of machinesteller is een must;
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en zin om bij te leren;
  • Nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en kwaliteitsbewust;
  • Sterke veiligheidsmindset en respect voor procedures;
  • Interesse om door te groeien richting onderhoud (mechanisch en/of elektrisch);
  • Bereidheid om een opleidingstraject van ± 2 jaar te volgen (intern/extern – mechanica,pneumatica,elektriciteit,storingstechnieken).
