Job Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure smooth project operations.
  2. Monitor workers' attendance, productivity and daily work performance.
  3. Allocate manpower and assign daily work tasks according to project requirements.
  4. Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
  5. Monitor site progress and coordinate with the Project Manager, Main Contractor and other subcontractors.
  6. Ensure workers comply with workplace safety requirements, site regulations and company policies.
  7. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and identify any construction issues.
  8. Coordinate the delivery and usage of construction materials, tools and equipment.
  9. Identify site problems and report any delays, technical issues or manpower shortages to management.
  10. Prepare daily site reports and update management on work progress and manpower deployment.
  11. Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe and organised working environment.
  12. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure work is completed within the required timeline.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in the construction industry.
  • Previous experience in supervising construction workers and site operations.
  • Good knowledge of construction methods, site coordination and project execution.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings will be an advantage.
  • Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage manpower and work independently on site.
  • Responsible, disciplined and able to work under pressure.
  • Relevant technical qualifications or construction-related certifications will be an advantage.
