Job Description:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
  • Monitor workers' attendance, work progress and productivity.
  • Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and schedules.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and site management.
  • Ensure workers follow safety rules and site regulations.
  • Report work progress and site issues to the Project Manager.
  • Check the quality of work and ensure timely completion.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant construction site experience.
  • Able to supervise and manage construction workers.
  • Good knowledge of construction methods and site safety.
  • Able to read and understand construction drawings.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
  • Willing to work on construction sites.
