🎯 Vos missions

Au cœur de l’action, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Piloter les agendas du Directeur Général, Directrice Marketing et du Directeur Commercial : planification des réunions, rendez-vous et déplacements en France et à l’international
  • Préparer et structurer les supports stratégiques : correspondances, rapports, présentations et documents clés + suivi et planification des actions
  • Assurer la coordination des communications internes et externes
  • Être l’interface privilégiée entre la Direction Générale et les différents départements
  • Garantir le bon fonctionnement administratif du bureau de la Direction
  • Organiser et coordonner les événements du COMEX
  • Piloter l’organisation des événements internes nationaux et internationaux de la Direction Commercial : workshops, formations commerciales, réunions de rentrée, séminaires..
  • Gérer et suivre les budgets liés à votre périmètre
  • Collaborer avec le service marketing sur les challenges commerciaux et assurer la gestion et la remise des récompenses

👤 Votre profil

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l’organisation et votre capacité à anticiper. Vous savez gérer les priorités dans un univers Business exigeant et dynamique.

  • Expérience confirmée en assistanat de direction ou poste équivalent
  • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et relationnelles
  • Anglais opérationnel indispensable
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint…)
  • Autonomie, sens des priorités, disponibilité et gestion multitâche
  • Discrétion absolue et professionnalisme
