Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Projektführung der Baustellen im Bereich Stark- und Schwachstrominstallationen, von der Akquisition bis zur Schlussabrechnung.
  • Dabei bist du verantwortlich für die Arbeitsvorbereitung, Personaleinteilung, Materialbestellungen, Einhaltung der Termine, sowie auch für die Kostenüberwachung.
  • Du stellst eine gute und klare Kommunikation zwischen den Auftragspartner sicher.
  • Dein zugewiesenes Projektteam führst du und unterstützt es fachlich.
  • Für die Durchsetzung und Einhaltung der Richtlinien für Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz bist du ebenfalls verantwortlich.
  • Mit Lieferanten führst du Verhandlungen und arbeitest Angebote für unsere Kunden aus.
  • Neben der Betreuung unseres bestehenden Kundenstamms akquirierst du auch Neukunden.
  • Zudem erledigst du anfallende administrativ Arbeiten.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroinstallateur:in EFZ oder Montage-Elektriker:in EFZ.
  • Zusätzlich bringst du eine Weiterbildung als eidg. dipl. Elektroinstallateur:in oder Elektro-Projektleiter:in mit eidg. Fachausweis mit.
  • Du konntest in einer ähnlichen Position bereits Berufs- und Führungserfahrung sammeln.
  • Neben sehr guten Fachkenntnissen hast du auch ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis.
  • Im Kundenkontakt und als Führungsperson überzeugst du mit deiner Sozialkompetenz und starken Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Du bist belastbar und flexibel und hast auch in hektischen Zeiten eine ordentliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Du besitzt den Führerausweis der Kat. B.
