Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung und Koordination des zugewiesenen Projektteams.
  • Selbstständige Abwicklung von Kundenprojekten von der Planung bis zum Abschluss.
  • Betreuung bestehender Kunden sowie Akquisition von Zusatzaufträgen.
  • Gesamtverantwortung für Projekte hinsichtlich Qualität, Sicherheit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Umweltschutz.
  • Überwachung von Kosten, Ressourcen und Budgets sowie Sicherstellung der Wirtschaftlichkeit.
  • Erstellung von Abrechnungen, Einsatzplänen und Monatsabschlüssen sowie Sicherstellung von Terminen und Liquidität.

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroinstallateur:in mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Projektleiter:in.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und hoher Qualitätsanspruch.
  • Teamorientierte, belastbare Persönlichkeit mit Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- sowie gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse.
