Ihre Aufgaben

Du sorgst gemeinsam mit Entwicklung, IT und externen Betriebspartnern dafür, dass unsere Plattform stabil, sicher und leistungsfähig läuft. Dabei entwickelst du unsere Build-, Test- und Deployment-Prozesse weiter, automatisierst wiederkehrende Abläufe und optimierst unsere CI/CD-Pipelines. Du arbeitest mit containerisierten Anwendungen und unterstützt den Betrieb auf Docker- und Kubernetes-Basis. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt auf Monitoring, Logging und Alerting. Du analysierst technische Störungen, grenzt Fehler in verteilten Anwendungen ein und entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungen für mehr Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Ausfallsicherheit.

Ihr Profil

Praxiserfahrung & Container: Du bringst Erfahrung im DevOps-, Platform-Engineering- oder Cloud-Umfeld mit und besitzt gute Kenntnisse in Linux sowie Docker, Kubernetes oder vergleichbaren Containerplattformen. Architektur & Hochverfügbarkeit: Du hast ein starkes Verständnis für moderne Systemarchitekturen und bist in der Lage, skalierbare sowie hochverfügbare (HA) Infrastrukturen zu konzipieren und zu betreiben.

CI/CD & Infrastructure as Code: Du beherrschst Git, den Aufbau von CI/CD-Pipelines sowie Automatisierung mittels Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).

Netzwerke & Observability: Du besitzt ein solides Verständnis von APIs, Routing und verteilten Systemen und bringst praktische Erfahrung in Monitoring, Logging sowie strukturierter Fehleranalyse mit.

Das gewisse Etwas (von Vorteil): Kenntnisse in Tools wie Jenkins oder Nexus sowie Themen wie RabbitMQ, Identity Management oder IT-Security runden Dein Profil ab.

Arbeitsweise & Sprache: Du arbeitest analytisch, eigeninitiativ und lösungsorientiert und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
