Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projekten innerhalb der Herbrand Gruppe
  • Unterstützung des Managements in der Prozessgestaltung und im Aufbau neuer Strukturen
  • Konzeptionierung, Umsetzung und Controlling von Projekten im Rahmen der stetigen Digitalisierung im Autohaus
  • Vertriebsseitige Mitgestaltung bei der Weiterentwicklung von firmeneigenen Softwareprodukten
  • Durchlauf verschiedener Abteilungen entlang des Verkaufsprozesses (Verkauf, Disposition, Fahrzeugabwicklung, Buchhaltung, etc.) zwecks spartenübergreifendem Wissensaufbau
  • Ergänzung der praktischen Ausbildung durch gezielte Trainings zur Förderung Ihrer persönlichen, fachlichen und methodischen Stärken

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung vorteilhaft
  • Berührungspunkte mit dem Automobilbereich in Form einer Tätigkeit/Ausbildung wünschenswert
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, das bereits erste Ansatzpunkte in Praktika, Projekten oder im Rahmen einer selbständigen Tätigkeit fand
  • Spaß „mit anzupacken“ und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen und sehr gutes analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Starkes Organisationstalent, eigenverantwortliches und strukturiertes Handeln
  • Teamplayer mit starkem kommunikativen Geschick und klarer Kundenorientierung
