Du analysierst, warum Systeme nicht miteinander kommunizieren, Dokumente oder Daten nicht übertragen werden, Benutzer keinen Zugriff erhalten oder automatisierte Prozesse nicht wie erwartet funktionieren. Dabei arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Anwendung, Systemintegration, Entwicklung, DevOps und Infrastrukturpartnern.

  • Technische Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Anbindung von Workshop Control
  • Analyse und Behebung komplexer Integrations- und Supportprobleme
  • Untersuchung von Fehlern zwischen Workshop Control, Kundensystemen, Schnittstellen und lokalen Umgebungen
  • Analyse von Logdateien, Fehlermeldungen, Dateien, Übertragungswegen und Systemkonfigurationen
  • Unterstützung bei Problemen mit Benutzerkonten, Gruppen, Rollen und Berechtigungen
  • Analyse und Anpassung von PowerShell-Skripten
  • Unterstützung bei Microsoft-Entra-ID-,Active-Directory- und Servicekonto-Themen
  • Untersuchung von Netzwerk-, Datei-, Druck-, Archiv- und Übergabeproblemen
  • Unterstützung bei REST-, JSON-, XML- und sonstigen Systemintegrationen
  • Reproduktion und Eingrenzung von Fehlern
  • Koordination der weiteren Bearbeitung mit Entwicklung, DevOps und externen Partnern
  • Verständliche Kommunikation technischer Sachverhalte gegenüber Kunden
  • Dokumentation von Fehlerursachen, Lösungswegen und wiederkehrenden Problemstellungen
  • Mitwirkung beim Aufbau einer nachhaltigen Wissensbasis für den Support

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Support,ApplicationSupport, Systembetrieb, in der Systemintegration oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Gutes Verständnis für das Zusammenspiel verschiedener Anwendungen, Schnittstellen und technischer Umgebungen
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse komplexer Fehlerbilder
  • Grundlegende bis gute Kenntnisse in Windows- und Microsoft-Umgebungen
  • Erfahrung mit PowerShell, insbesondere beim Lesen, Anpassen und Erstellen kleinerer Skripte
  • Kenntnisse im Umfeld von Microsoft Entra ID,ActiveDirectory, Benutzern, Gruppen und Berechtigungen
  • Verständnis für Netzwerke, Dateien, Dienste, Servicekonten und automatisierte Prozesse
  • Erfahrung mit Logdateien, REST-APIs, JSON oder XML
  • Fähigkeit, technische Probleme strukturiert einzugrenzen und verständlich zu erklären
  • Kundenorientierte und verbindliche Kommunikation
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
