Your Opportunity: The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment used in the manufacturing of diploma covers and related components for graduation celebrations. This position requires strong attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment. What You’ll Bring to the Table:

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure consistent quality and efficiency. Accurately document daily production numbers, material usage, and machine performance. Inspect products to ensure they meet established quality standards. Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of assigned machines. Follow established safety protocols and company policies at all times. Work independently while maintaining open communication with team members and supervisors. Assist in assembling or producing related components as needed. Participate in cross-training to support multiple areas of production as required. Utilize basic computer skills for data entry, inventory tracking, and production reporting.

Education / Certifications Required:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Basic computer knowledge (data entry, production tracking, etc.). Willingness to learn and be cross-trained on various machines and processes. Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements:

Daily activity includes but is not limited to lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting. Reading, communication, math. Working at a computer for extended periods of time. Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50lbs. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to above Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination required.
