The posting

Voor ons kantoor van Herfurth Logistics, dat gespecialiseerd is in forwarding (zeevracht) en value-added logistics, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Inside Sales Medewerker.

Jouw rol binnen ons team

Als Inside Sales Medewerker op de expeditieafdeling speel je een cruciale rol binnen ons sales team van zes collega's. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van offertes, het binnenhalen van nieuwe boekingen en het onderhouden van onze CRM-database. Je draagt bij aan de strategische ontwikkeling van ons bedrijf en helpt mee ons nieuwe magazijn verder uit te bouwen. Jullie zorgen voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen het salesteam en het operationele team.

In deze rol:

  • Analyseer je prijsaanvragen en stel je offertes op voor verschillende soorten cargo (containers, roro, project cargo...);
  • Onderhoud je een divers klantenbestand;
  • Volg je offertes, leads en tenders op in nauwe samenwerking met de outside sales collega’s;
  • Rapporteer je aan de sales manager en word je gecoacht door een ervaren collega;
  • Ondersteun je klanten en agenten wereldwijd van de initiële aanvraag tot en met de finale boeking;

Kortom, je bent hét commerciële aanspreekpunt voor klanten en leveranciers.

Jij bent onze ideale collega als je:

  • enkele jaren ervaring hebt in zeevracht expeditie en vertrouwd bent met offertes, maritieme documentatie en douanereglementeringen;
  • servicegericht bent, zowel naar klanten toe als binnen het team zelf;
  • accuraat werkt en overzicht houdt over dossiers en taken;
  • cijfermatig inzicht hebt en begrijpt hoe expeditiedossiers financieel opgebouwd zijn;
  • houdt van internationale contacten en commerciële uitdagingen;
  • praktisch en hands-on ingesteld bent;
  • communicatief sterk bent in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.

Je hebt een streepje voor als je:

  • kennis hebt van extra talen zoals Duits of Spaans;
  • ervaring hebt met het quoteren van magazijnen;
  • ervaring hebt binnen de food-, feed-, bio-en accijnssector;
