Roofing Sales Representative | W-2 | 90 Days Paid Training | Uncapped Commission

We're looking for motivated, competitive individuals to join our growing team as Roofing Sales Representatives.

NO ROOFING OR SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

We'll teach you everything you need to know through 90 days of paid training, hands-on field coaching, and mentorship from experienced professionals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet with homeowners and inspect properties.
  • Identify roofing and storm-related damage.
  • Educate customers on roofing and insurance-restoration options.
  • Present estimates and close sales.
  • Build customer relationships and manage your sales pipeline.
  • Guide customers through the project from start to finish.

You sell the project. We help you deliver it.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

  • Coachable and willing to learn.

Sales experience is a plus, not a requirement. We can teach roofing and sales. We can't teach ambition.
