No roofing experience? No problem! We provide 90 days of paid, hands-on training to teach you the industry and help you develop the skills needed to succeed. Whether your background is in sales, customer service, hospitality, construction, or something completely different, we want people who are coachable, hardworking, and ready to learn.

What We Offer

What You'll Do

  • Connect with homeowners and introduce them to our roofing services.
  • Conduct roof inspections and identify potential roofing needs.
  • Guide customers through the roofing process from start to finish.
  • Build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage your projects and communicate with customers throughout the process.
  • Stay organized, follow up with leads, and work toward your goals.

Important Job Requirements & Compensation

  • Reliable Truck Required: You must have your own reliable truck within 60 days of hire to travel between job sites and meet with customers.
  • Comfortable Climbing Roofs: This position requires climbing onto roofs to conduct inspections and assess roofing needs. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and performing physically active, outdoor work.
  • Full Commission After 90 Days: After completing the 90-day training period, compensation transitions to a full commission structure. Your earning potential will depend on your performance and results.
