岗位职责

1. 负责数据平台及相关中后台产品的整体规划与持续迭代，包括需求分析、版本规划、功能优化及产品生命周期管理，持续提升平台价值。 2. 深入理解研发、运营、数据分析等业务场景，抽象通用能力，推动产品平台化、标准化建设，提升组件复用性与交付效率。 3. 协调研发、测试、数据开发、数据分析及业务团队，推动跨部门复杂项目顺利落地，保障产品高质量、按时交付。 4. 建立并持续完善产品规范、业务流程、需求管理制度及文档体系，沉淀知识资产，推动团队产品能力成长。 5. 紧跟AI技术发展趋势，探索智能问数、智能分析、知识库、工作流自动化、Agent等方向，推进平台智能化能力建设与落地。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息管理、数学、统计等相关专业优先；具有5年以上互联网产品经理经验，其中至少包含平台产品或中后台产品经历；独立负责过一款平台/中后台产品，并持续迭代一年以上。 2. 具备优秀的逻辑分析与抽象能力，能快速理解复杂业务场景并提炼平台化能力；能独立完成需求分析、产品设计、原型设计、PRD编写及版本规划。 3. 熟悉数据采集、埋点设计、指标体系、数据资产管理等相关理念，有数据平台、BI平台、埋点平台、数据治理平台或数据分析平台建设经验者优先；具备一定SQL能力，能与研发及数据团队高效沟通。 4. 熟练使用AI工具（如ChatGPT、Claude、Gemini、Cursor等）辅助需求分析、产品设计、文档编写及方案输出，并能将AI深度融入工作流程，持续提升效率；关注AI Agent、大模型应用、工作流自动化等方向，能结合业务场景主动探索并推动AI产品能力落地。 5. 优秀的沟通表达与跨团队协作能力，责任心强，具备出色的项目推进与执行力；能适应多项目并行与持续迭代的节奏，在复杂环境中保持高质量输出。 6. 乐于学习与分享，能沉淀经验并指导初级产品同学，助力团队整体能力提升。 7. 有游戏行业中台、数据中台或企业级平台产品经验；有数数、神策类产品搭建经验；有AI产品、智能分析平台或大模型应用相关经验；有产品团队管理或带教经验；有从0到1建设平台产品并持续运营优化的经历。
