The posting

岗位职责：

1.重度剧情向游戏剧本创作，设定剧本大纲，撰写剧情人物设定及台词。

2.负责团队剧本的审核、跟进外包编剧创作过程，从题材、大纲、剧本创作等维度提出意见和建议，对剧本质量负责。

3.与制作团队同步信息，配合导演协助完成剧本制作。

4.主导团队拉片、及时复盘等。

岗位要求:

1.戏剧文学或文学系毕业，熟悉影视剧编剧创作方法论。

2.五年以上影视剧创作经验，有至少1部署名的、言情题材的影视剧的上线经验（电影、电视剧、短剧均可）。

3.剧本（或小说）创作经验丰富，在人物、结构、情节等方面有极强的把控能力，能力优秀者可放宽条件。

4.了解女性向游戏。

5.关注言情市场，对当下及未来行业风向进行判断。

6.有较强架构故事的能力，较强的原创能力。
