Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

  • Planung, Umsetzung und laufende Optimierung von Google Ads- und Meta Ads-Kampagnen
  • Analyse von Kampagnen-Performance und Ableitung datenbasierter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Koordination von Kampagnen-Setups sowie Steuerung von Timelines und Aufgaben
  • Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards durch regelmäßige Performance- und Plausibilitätschecks
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Content-Team und internen Stakeholdern sowie Bearbeitung von Anfragen
  • Betreuung komplexer Kampagnenstrukturen und fachliche Unterstützung des Teams im Kampagnenmanagement

Dein Profil:

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing, Online Marketing oder Kampagnenmanagement
  • Sehr gute praktische Kenntnisse in Google Ads und Meta Ads
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Detailgenauigkeit und Qualitätsorientierung
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Organisationstalent im Umgang mit mehreren Kampagnen und Timelines
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit professioneller Kommunikation; Agentur-, Großkunden- und Tool-Erfahrung von Vorteil (z. B. Marketing Automation, Ticketing- und Reporting-Systeme)

Teamgröße: 9 Personen Für unser Team suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die Google Ads und Meta Ads sicher beherrscht, eigenständig arbeitet und auch in einem geregelten, prozessorientierten Umfeld den Überblick behält.

  • Gehalt:

Das Mindestentgelt für diese Stelle beträgt monatlich brutto ab € 2.500,-- brutto auf Vollzeitbasis. Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich!

  • Arbeitszeit:

38,5 Stunden/Woche (Montag bis Freitag)
