Dann starte bei uns als Client Manager Website (m/w/d) und werde Teil unseres Teams als zentrale Schnittstelle für unsere vielfältigen SMB-Kund:innen in der DACH-Region. Vom ersten Begrüßungsgespräch bis zum Go-Live führst du durch klar strukturierte Abläufe, übersetzt Kundenwünsche in präzise Briefings und stellst sicher, dass jede Website termingerecht und in hoher Qualität online geht.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

  • Durchführung strukturierter Welcome Calls zur Vorstellung des Projektablaufs und Klärung der Kundenerwartungen
  • Beratung und Einholung von Informationen, Freigaben und Dateien, um Projekte effizient voranzutreiben
  • Erstellung klarer und vollständiger Design-Briefings für unsere Webdesigner:innen
  • Koordination der Kommunikation zwischen Kund:innen und internen Teams über alle Projektphasen hinweg
  • Veröffentlichung der finalen Website im CMS oder im entsprechenden Deployment-System (inkl. Einschulung durch uns)

Dein Profil:

  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten – sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich in Deutsch
  • Freude daran, Kund:innen verständlich, souverän und bei Bedarf auch deeskalierend durch Prozesse zu führen
  • Strukturiertes, zuverlässiges und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten – auch unter Zeitdruck
  • Fähigkeit, Kreativteams mündlich und schriftlich auch auf Englisch zu briefen
  • Erfahrungen rund um Websites oder in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kreativteams sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
  • Motivation, Neues zu lernen – Tools, Workflows und Fachliches vermitteln wir dir gerne

Teamgröße: 5 Personen In unserem diversen Team arbeitet jede:r eigenständig auf klare Ziele hin – in verschiedenen Arbeitszeitmodellen - und immer mit starkem Rückhalt und Support durch deinen Manager.

  • Gehalt:

Das Mindestentgelt für diese Stelle beträgt monatlich brutto € 2.251,-- für 38,5 Stunden/Woche. Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich!

  • Arbeitszeit:

38,5 Stunden/Woche (Montag bis Freitag)
