Nous recherchons pour la Haute Ecole et Ecole Supérieure de Travail Social un ou une :

apprenti employé de commerce CFC ou apprentie employée de commerce CFC

Tes missions :

  • Participation à la gestion administrative des processus des filières de la Haute Ecole et Ecole Supérieure de Travail Social avec tes collègues
  • Participation à l’organisation des événements spécifiques en lien avec les filières telles que des visites sur sites, des séminaires, des conférences, y compris l’organisation des salles, etc.
  • Prise en charge de l’accueil et de la permanence téléphonique en alternance avec tes collègues
  • Soutien aux équipes dans diverses tâches administratives et organisationnelles liées au bon fonctionnement des filières

Ton profil :

  • Scolarité obligatoire terminée
  • Langue maternelle française
  • Connaissance des outils Microsoft 365
  • Faire preuve de motivation, de dynamisme et de curiosité
  • Esprit d’équipe
  • Compréhension rapide
