Resumen del puesto

Buscamos un/a Ejecutivo/a de Ventas dinámico/a y orientado/a a resultados para impulsar la comercialización del centro de convenciones, los servicios de alojamiento y restauración de nuestro hotel de 5 estrellas. La persona seleccionada combinará una marcada orientación comercial, excelentes habilidades de negociación y una alta capacidad de coordinación para maximizar las oportunidades de negocio, asegurar la conversión de grupos y eventos, y ofrecer una experiencia excepcional a nuestros clientes.

Funciones y responsabilidades:

• Responder las peticiones asignadas por el responsable de grupos

• Seguimiento de cotizaciones y grupos en opción

• Realización de visitas de inspección

• Seguimiento de firmas de contrato y pago de depósitos de grupos confirmados

• Introducción y mantenimiento de datos en sistema

• Será el nexo de comunicación entre los distintos clientes del centro de convenciones y el resto de departamentos así como la preparación interna de todos los detalles antes, durante y al finalizar el evento

• Controlará las preferencias de nuestros clientes y trasmitirá sus necesidades

• Coordinará eventos de todo tipo dentro del Centro de Convenciones

• Supervisará todos los eventos antes del comienzo del mismo y durante

• Recibirá a los clientes y dará la bienvenida al comenzar el evento

Sus principales contactos internos son: todos los departamentos operativos del hotel; administración y equipo comercial;

Contactos a nivel externo: comerciales de cadena, proveedores, agencias de viajes/ Tour operadores/ Empresas / Particulares, otros hoteles de la cadena.

Requisitos del perfil

• Formación en Hostelería: Deseable Técnico Superior en Restauración, FPII Hostelería y Turismo, Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior,

• Informática a nivel de usuario (Entorno Office).

• Capacidad de adaptación y manejo de distintos sistemas/entornos digitales.

• Dotes de atención al cliente.

• Valorable conocimiento y manejo profesional de PMS Opera.

• Idiomas inglés, hablado y escrito.
