Forma parte de uno de los hoteles de referencia para el segmento corporativo y de eventos en Barcelona. En Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower trabajarás en un entorno internacional, dinámico y orientado a la excelencia en el servicio. Estamos buscando cubrir la posición de valet para Housekeeping.

Las funciones serian las siguientes:

· Dar apoyo a las camareras de piso en la preparación y acondicionamiento de las habitaciones.

· Realizar el montaje y desmontaje de camas cuando sea necesario, siguiendo los estándares establecidos por el hotel.

· Transportar y reponer ropa de cama, toallas, amenities, productos y demás material necesario para el servicio.

· Retirar la ropa sucia y trasladarla a las zonas destinadas para su gestión.

· Distribuir la ropa limpia y el material de trabajo en las plantas correspondientes.

· Abastecer los offices de cada planta y mantenerlos ordenados y correctamente surtidos.

· Atender las peticiones de las camareras de piso relacionadas con material, equipamiento o necesidades específicas de las habitaciones.

· Colaborar en el movimiento y transporte de camas supletorias, cunas, mobiliario y otros elementos necesarios.

· Apoyar en la preparación de habitaciones con necesidades especiales o servicios adicionales.

· Colaborar en tareas puntuales de limpieza y acondicionamiento cuando sea necesario.

· Retirar residuos y materiales de las habitaciones y zonas de servicio, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.

· Mantener en perfecto estado de orden y limpieza los carros, almacenes, offices y zonas de trabajo del departamento.

· Comunicar a la supervisora cualquier incidencia, desperfecto o anomalía detectada en las habitaciones o zonas comunes.

· Colaborar con otros miembros del departamento de Pisos para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad del hotel.

· Velar por el correcto uso y conservación de los equipos, materiales y productos del departamento.

Cumplir en todo momento las normas de seguridad, higiene y prevención de riesgos laborales.

Aptitudes:

· Se requiere titulación E.G.B./ESO

· Es imprescindible conocimientos altos de castellano y se valorará aportar nociones del idioma inglés.

· Se requiere una experiencia mínima alrededor de un año en el desempeño de funciones similares en hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas.
