Die HESS Austria GmbH gehört zu einer traditionsreichen Unternehmensgruppe, die sich auf geld- und münzverarbeitende System spezialisiert hat.

Am Standort Gratkorn findet die Entwicklung über die Produktion bis hin zum Vertrieb und Service unserer Systeme statt.

Dabei spielen Kundenzufriedenheit und Kompetenz eine wichtige Rolle. Zur Verstärkung unseres Serviceteams in Österreich suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin 1 Servicetechniker_in

Ihre Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Reparatur und Wartung von Banken- und Zahlungssystemen bei unseren Kunden vor Ort

* Einsatz Vorklärung und Kundensupport

* Installation von Neugeräten

* Einweisung der Kunden auf unsere Produkte

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik oder Elektrotechnik (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL oder Vergleichbares)

* Mechatronik und PC-Kenntnisse

* Bereichsspezifische Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst von Vorteil, wir geben aber auch Einsteigern gerne die Möglichkeit sich zu beweisen

* Selbstständiges und analytisches Arbeiten

* Reisebereitschaft in Österreich (Dienstort Gratkorn), Führerschein der Klasse B

* Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

* Adäquate Deutschkenntnisse und professionelles Auftreten
