Ihre Aufgaben:

Technische Kundenunterstützung

* Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kundensupport

* Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei technischen Klärungen und Produktauswahl

* Technischer Vor-Ort-Service für Wärmepumpen

* Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen bei technischen Themen

* Durchführung von Produkt- und Technikschulungen

* Fallweise Unterstützung bei Lager- und Werkstattarbeiten

* Außendienst mit max. 2 Übernachtungen pro Woche

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung

* Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis für erklärungsbedürftige Produkte

* Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kunden und Partnern

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; ERP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
