Ben jij een empathische teamplayer met passie voor de (mond)zorg? Voor onze tandartspraktijk zoeken wij een gemotiveerde tandartsassistent(e) om ons team voor 30 uur per week te versterken. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze patiënten met een gerust hart in de stoel plaatsnemen en dat de dagelijkse praktijkvoering soepel verloopt.

Wat ga je doen? Als tandartsassistent(e) ben je onmisbaar voor de praktijk. Je combineert directe patiëntenzorg met belangrijke organisatorische taken. Je afwisselende takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Je assisteert de tandarts direct tijdens de diverse behandelingen.
  • Je bent het visitekaartje van de praktijk. Je ontvangt patiënten hartelijk, begeleidt ze en stelt ze gerust.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het agendabeheer, het inplannen van afspraken en het nauwkeurig samenstellen en bijhouden van medische dossiers.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het grondig steriliseren van het materiaal en instrumentarium. Daarnaast zorg je voor een opgeruimde praktijk en beheer je de voorraad proactief.
  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding tot tandartsassistent(e), óf je hebt reeds werkervaring opgedaan als tandartsassistent(e) of binnen een medisch secretariaat.
  • Je bent uiterst klantvriendelijk, behulpzaam en toont empathie richting onze patiënten.
  • Je bent stressbestendig; ook tijdens drukke piekmomenten bewaar jij de rust en het overzicht.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die vlot en constructief samenwerkt met collega's.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de Franse of Engelse taal, zodat je ook onze anderstalige patiënten uitstekend te woord kunt staan.
