1. 硕士及以上学历，高分子材料、应用化学、有机合成、材料物理等相关专业；在校期间成绩优异者优先； 2. 具备扎实的高分子化学基础，熟悉光聚合反应机理及表征手段； 3. 拥有较丰富的无机材料表面改性和有机复合材料的科研项目开发经验、有获得本专业国内外相关专业比赛奖项或在国内外主流核心期刊发表过论文者优先考虑。
