岗位职责： 1.负责2D&3D UV打印基础工艺技术的研究及开发，组织并承担设备工艺的调试、基础工艺开发及验证； 2.负责公司UV打印设备的色彩管理体系建立与维护，了解校色流程，负责各墨水ICC曲线的制作，确保不同墨水、不同介质的色彩一致性。熟悉打印的测试标准、测试设备，负责输出材料应用测试报告。 3.根据市场与客户需求，开发并优化色彩方案，与材料团队进行协同进行材料的开发。与软件团队进行协同进行功能的开发。 4. 负责UV打印应用方案的开发，如多基材UV打印、转印、烫金等工艺，输出应用解决方案，推动设备、软件、材料的迭代。 5. 调研行业竞品情况，结合设备特性、技术方向及应用需求，制定工艺的系统架构和创新型策略。

岗位要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，图像、印刷工程、色彩科学或相关专业优先； 2.熟悉喷墨打印行业（DTF、UV、DTG等）及常用色彩管理流程，了解各项工艺的流程及标准者优先。 3. 具备机械、材料、工艺、2D及3D多色打印的专业知识及工作经验，熟练掌握喷墨及UV成型工艺及其原理，具备跨专业知识或复合型领域工作经验者优先考虑； 4. 具备良好的沟通和组织能力，较强的目标导向、责任感和内在驱动力
