1、本科及以上学历、3年以上PMC岗位工作经验，有数据模型搭建经验更优。 2、充分掌握制造行业PMC运作规则和流程，在PMC领域已形成良好的自我积累，对计划管理工作具备准确清晰的人事自己独到深刻的理解； 3、具备较强的分析、沟通、组织和策划能力，做事积极主动，严谨务实。
