Als Quality Engineer (w/m/d) stellst Du sicher, dass unsere qualitätsrelevanten Prozesse und Systeme entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus wirksam, auditkonform und kontinuierlich verbessert werden. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Kunden, Produktion, Entwicklung und Qualitätsmanagement zusammen und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, Produkt- und Prozessqualität nachhaltig zu sichern.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust und entwickelst unser CAPA- und Reklamationsmanagement weiter – inklusive Ursachenanalysen sowie Definition und Nachverfolgung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen.
  • Du koordinierst und bearbeitest PPAP-Prozesse, inklusive Kundenkommunikation, Zeichnungsprüfungen, Prüfplanbewertungen sowie Fähigkeits- und MSA-Analysen.
  • Du erstellst, pflegst und bewertest Risikoanalysen, GAP-Analysen und Worst-Case-Betrachtungen.
  • Du unterstützt interne und externe Audits, bereitest auditrelevante Dokumentationen vor und begleitest die Umsetzung von Maßnahmen.
  • Du bearbeitest technische Kundenanfragen und unterstützt qualitätsrelevante Projekte.
  • Du pflegst und nutzt unsere QM-Systeme, wertest Qualitätskennzahlen aus und wirkst an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unseres QM-Systems mit.
  • Du prüfst und gibst Kennzeichnungen sowie qualitätsrelevante Dokumente frei.
  • Du bist fachliche Ansprechperson für Kunden, Lieferanten und interne Schnittstellen in qualitätsrelevanten Fragestellungen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Qualitätsmanagement, Medizintechnik oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. Alternativ bringst Du eine technische Berufsausbildung mit einschlägiger qualitätsbezogener Weiterbildung mit.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen und Qualitätsstandards, insbesondere DIN EN ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820 sowie DIN EN ISO 14971.
  • Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in Qualitätsmethoden wie CAPA, PPAP, MSA, SPC und statistischen Fähigkeitsanalysen.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Durchführung und Bewertung von Risikoanalysen mit, insbesondere FMEA oder vergleichbare Methoden.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit Qualitätsmanagementsystemen und weißt, worauf es bei auditkonformer Dokumentation ankommt.
  • Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit MS Office und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit statistischen Auswertungs- und Projektmanagement-Tools, zum Beispiel Minitab oder MS Project.
  • Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
