Deine Aufgaben

  • Dein Aufgabengebiet umfasst die messtechnische Beurteilung unserer medizinischen Implantate für die Orthopädie und Traumatologie
  • Du programmierst die Messmaschine und prüfst und misst Erstmuster und Serienteile
  • Du wirkst bei Entwicklungsprojekten zur Integration neuer Messtechnologien in Produktionsprozessen mit
  • Du erarbeitest und setzt Korrekturmaßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Messgenauigkeit um
  • Du bedienst Messgeräte, wie zum Beispiel unser Keyence Lasermikroskop, das optische Messgerät von HITEC und den Konturographen, und programmierst, bedienst das Mitutoyo CNC-Koordinatenmessgerät
  • Deine Arbeitsschritte planst Du eigenständig anhand unserer Prozessbeschreibungen und bereitest Daten in Messprotokollen auf
  • Für einen störungsfreien Workflow arbeitest Du mit Schnittstellen der Produktion zusammen

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Messtechniker, Techniker für Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder eine ähnliche Fachrichtung
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Messen mit Handmessmitteln und in der Anwendungsprogrammierung von Messgerätebedienprogrammen sowie mit Messmikroskopen gesammelt
  • Du bringst Kenntnisse in Messtechniken, Messtechnologien und Messverfahren mit
  • Du bist vertraut mit verschiedenen Messgeräten und -instrumenten (z.B. Koordinatenmessmaschinen, Laser-Scanner, Mikroskope)
  • Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, präzise Messungen durchzuführen und Messergebnisse zu analysieren
  • Analytisches Denken fällt Dir leicht und Du hast eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du bringst die Fähigkeit mit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte zu verstehen und zu erklären
  • Persönlich überzeugst Du uns, wenn Du Deine Arbeit mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative, Präzision, Gewissenhaftigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit erledigst und gute Kommunikations- sowie Teamfähigkeiten mitbringst
  • Für die Ausübung der Tätigkeit ist eine gültige Berechtigung zur Erwerbstätigkeit in Deutschland erforderlich
