Propósito del puesto El Account Analyst será responsable de apoyar la coordinación de proyectos dentro de un entorno de gestión de cuentas altamente dinámico. Esta persona deberá gestionar los plazos de producción con precisión y compromiso, cumpliendo con fechas exigentes sin comprometer los estándares de calidad. El candidato ideal se sentirá cómodo manejando múltiples prioridades y proyectos simultáneamente.   Responsabilidades prioritarias

Supervisar y facilitar la adquisición, producción y ejecución de servicios para proyectos de clientes. Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de Operations, Sourcing y Client Engagement. Gestionar la entrada de datos y especificaciones en el sistema de gestión de pedidos. Ejecutar reportes y recopilar información para el equipo de producción y los clientes. Elaborar documentos informativos básicos, como comparativos de ofertas y actualizaciones de producción. Seguir procedimientos establecidos y mantener actualizada la información en los sistemas internos. Monitorear problemas escalados y seguir los procesos definidos para su resolución eficiente.

Conocimiento, habilidades y experiencia

De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en soporte comercial o coordinación de proyectos. Manejo de software de gestión de compras y proyectos. Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook). Mentalidad emprendedora y orientación a resultados. Experiencia en entornos de trabajo dinámicos y de alta exigencia. Excelentes habilidades organizativas y analíticas; capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas. Proactividad, entusiasmo y disposición para aprender rápidamente. Habilidades sólidas de comunicación verbal y escrita.
