Produce accurate master, adaptations and final assets across various formats including print, digital and motion channels, including posters, promotional collateral, social media content, email assets, mobile formats, digital and venue screens, GIFs, animations and video.  Apply creative judgement to ensure approved creative translates effectively across different formats, dimensions and aspect ratios. Prepare artwork with the correct layers, colour profiles, bleed, crops and technical specifications. Produce final assets in required formats including PDF, PNG, JPG, GIF and MP4. Conduct thorough pre-flight checks and resolve artwork and production issues. Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines, approved creative direction and marketing objectives. Maintain master files, templates, assets and version control processes. Review and refine your own work to ensure design excellence and brand consistency. Accurately complete timesheets to track work and resource allocation. Manage multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast paced environment. Collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Project Managers, production teams and operations. Attend production and other internal meetings when required.

  Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Proven creative artwork production experience across print, digital and motion. Experience creating master artwork from approved key visuals and adapting assets across multiple formats and channels. Ability to interpret briefs, follow brand guidelines and work within an approved creative direction. Strong organisational and time-management skills in a high-volume environment.  Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.  Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with creative, production and project management teams. Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with clear and professional communication skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
