A Higex é uma empresa catarinense com mais de 24 anos de sólida trajetória no mercado, sendo referência nacional no desenvolvimento de soluções de alta performance para higiene, sanitização e biossegurança industrial.

Estamos em busca de um(a) Representante Comercial B2B para integrar nossa equipe e atuar no desenvolvimento de novos negócios e expansão da carteira de clientes.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Prospectar ativamente novas indústrias e identificar oportunidades de negócio na região de atuação;
  • Realizar visitas comerciais presenciais, mantendo forte atuação e presença em campo;
  • Desenvolver novos clientes e ampliar as oportunidades de vendas dentro da carteira existente;
  • Identificar necessidades e oportunidades relacionadas à higiene, sanitização e processos industriais;
  • Realizar apresentações, negociações e elaboração de propostas comerciais;
  • Acompanhar testes, projetos e oportunidades em conjunto com a equipe técnica;
  • Gerenciar carteira de clientes, pipeline e oportunidades por meio do CRM;
  • Realizar follow-ups de forma organizada, ágil e consistente;
  • Elaborar planejamento semanal de visitas, prospecções e atividades comerciais;
  • Acompanhar indicadores e trabalhar com metas de faturamento, aquisição de novos clientes, conversão e desenvolvimento da carteira;
  • Manter relacionamento próximo com clientes, buscando compreender suas necessidades e identificar novas oportunidades.

Requisitos

  • Formação superior em Engenharia Química, Química, Biotecnologia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência ou vivência com prospecção comercial e atuação em campo;
  • Interesse e facilidade para atuar no segmento industrial e desenvolver relacionamento com clientes B2B;
  • Conhecimento multidisciplinar, com capacidade de compreender processos, necessidades técnicas e comerciais dos clientes;
  • Conhecimento e familiaridade com ferramentas comerciais e CRM;
  • Boa comunicação, capacidade de negociação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Organização para gestão de carteira, agenda, visitas e follow-ups;
  • Perfil proativo, dinâmico e orientado a resultados.
