A Reis Talent com uma grande importadora está contratando vendedores internos, para atuar na prospecção, atendimento e desenvolvimento de clientes B2B, realizando vendas internas, identificando oportunidades comerciais, apresentando produtos e soluções e acompanhando o processo de venda até sua conclusão. Principais atividades

• Realizar prospecção ativa de novos clientes B2B por telefone, WhatsApp, e-mail e demais canais comerciais;

• Atender e desenvolver a carteira de clientes da empresa

• Identificar necessidades dos clientes e apresentar produtos e soluções adequadas

• Elaborar e enviar cotações e propostas comerciais

• Realizar negociações de preços, condições de pagamento e prazos, conforme políticas da empresa

• Acompanhar pedidos, orçamentos e oportunidades comerciais até a conclusão

• Realizar follow-up com clientes e prospects

• Manter o cadastro e histórico dos clientes atualizados no sistema

• Identificar oportunidades de vendas adicionais e novos negócios

• Acompanhar metas e indicadores comerciais

• Manter relacionamento com clientes visando fidelização e recorrência de compras

• Interagir com os setores de logística, financeiro, estoque e demais áreas para garantir o correto andamento dos pedidos

• Acompanhar o pós-venda quando necessário

• Pesquisar o mercado, concorrentes e oportunidades comerciais

• Registrar informações e atividades comerciais no sistema

• Executar demais atividades relacionadas à área comercial.

• Ensino médio completo

• Experiência anterior com vendas internas, televendas ou atendimento comercial

• Experiência com vendas B2B será considerada um diferencial

• Boa comunicação verbal e escrita

• Habilidade de negociação e persuasão

• Foco em resultados e cumprimento de metas

• Organização para acompanhamento de propostas e oportunidades

• Proatividade e facilidade para relacionamento com clientes

• Conhecimento básico de informática e Pacote Office.

Diferenciais:

• Experiência com prospecção ativa de clientes

• Experiência em empresas de comércio, varejo ou distribuição

• Conhecimento de CRM e sistemas de vendas

• Experiência com produtos eletrônicos ou tecnologia

Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 08h30 às 17h30

Local: Bom Retiro – São Paulo/SP

Salário: R$ 2.120,00 Base + comissão interna + bônus

Benefícios: VR de R$ 30,00 por dia + Vale-Transporte
