Why work at Higgsfield AI?

Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.

We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.

About the role:

Higgsfield AI is seeking a Head of Policy to lead and formalize our policy function as the company continues to scale.

Sitting at the intersection of Legal, Product, and Communications, you will advise leadership and cross-functional teams on complex policy considerations across our products and platform, helping the company make thoughtful decisions that account for regulatory, reputational, safety, and broader ecosystem considerations.

We are looking for a policy leader who understands technology platforms, can navigate nuanced and fast-evolving issues, and can translate external developments into clear, practical guidance for the business.

What you'll do:

- Develop and lead Higgsfield's approach to policy across our products, platform, and broader business.

- Advise leadership on complex policy questions and help establish clear principles and decision-making frameworks as the company scales.

- Partner with Product, Legal, and other teams on decisions with policy, regulatory, safety, or reputational implications.

- Bring a policy perspective to complex product and platform decisions and translate policy considerations into clear, actionable recommendations.

- Monitor regulatory, technology, and platform-policy developments relevant to Higgsfield and advise internal stakeholders on potential impact.

- Identify emerging policy risks and opportunities and help the company develop thoughtful positions and responses.

- Partner closely with Legal, Product, Communications, and leadership to align on sensitive or complex policy matters.

- Support Higgsfield's external policy positioning on issues that may attract regulatory, public, or media attention.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in a substantive policy role at a relevant technology or platform company.

- Significant experience advising on technology, platform, product, or content-related policy issues.

- Experience working within or closely alongside product teams and advising on decisions with regulatory, safety, reputational, or public-policy implications.

- Demonstrated ability to translate complex policy and regulatory developments into practical recommendations for business and product leaders.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize multiple perspectives, identify tradeoffs, and develop clear recommendations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating complex issues to senior stakeholders.

- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience partnering with Legal, Product, Communications, and other business teams.

- Experience operating independently at a senior level and taking ownership of complex, ambiguous policy issues.

Nice to have:

- Experience at a major social media, consumer technology, or online platform company.

- Experience with AI-related policy issues.

- Experience working in government, regulatory, or other public-sector environments.

- Legal training or experience working closely with legal teams.

- Experience navigating policy issues that receive significant media or public attention.

Compensation & Benefits:

- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.

- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield AI’s long-term growth.

- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.

- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.

- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.

This is a fully remote role based in the United States, with occasional business travel to our San Francisco office required for team meetings, planning sessions, company events, and other in-person collaboration. Team members are expected to be available during agreed working hours and maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone. While we work remotely, we value active communication, responsiveness, and close collaboration across teams.

Higgsfield AI is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
