WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Junior Finance Specialist to keep our finance operations running while most of the team is offline.

This is your launchpad into finance at hyperspeed. You'll be the go-to person on the night shift for payments, transactions, and finance questions, getting hands-on with real operations at a scale most people only see years into their careers.

We want someone who brings:

- Precision: you catch the wrong digit, the duplicate charge, the missing invoice.

- Ownership: you make decisions on your own within clear processes, and you know when to escalate.

- Curiosity: you don't stop at "it's broken". You dig until you find out why.

- Clear communication: you explain finance issues simply to people outside finance.

- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

- Be the first line of support for finance questions and requests across teams.

- Handle issues around payments, transactions, invoices, and payouts.

- Investigate discrepancies, find the root cause, and propose solutions.

- Verify financial data and documentation for accuracy and completeness.

- Keep records clean, accurate, and well documented.

- Work with internal teams to resolve finance issues quickly.

- Escalate complex or unusual cases to the right people, with the context already gathered.

- Follow and help improve our finance procedures and internal policies.

- Support the finance team on other operational tasks when needed.

YOUR MUST HAVES

- 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, banking, payments, or operations.

- A solid grasp of basic financial concepts and processes.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

- Confidence with Excel / Google Sheets and digital tools.

- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

- Willingness to work a night schedule

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with payment systems, banking operations, or financial platforms.

- Previous experience in a finance operations or support role.

- Knowledge of accounting principles.

- Experience in a fast-paced or international environment.
