Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar a montagem, instalação, reforma e manutenção de sistemas elétricos e eletrônicos, painéis elétricos, secundários e de controle e outros comandos,
  • Realizar serviços de manutenção elétrica e mecânica em geral, medição de tensão, verificação das lâmpadas, dos sistemas de sinalização e do banco de capacitores
  • Executar reparos em componentes elétricos e mecânicos, como motores, geradores, correias, rolamentos, cabos, circuitos elétricos, entre outros;
  • Avaliar economia e controle de consumo de energia elétrica, buscando a otimização o consumo;
  • Executar serviços de manutenção mecânica preventiva e corretiva em equipamentos e respectivos acessórios conforme programação e procedimentos pré-estabelecidos;
  • Realizar manutenções corretivas em resposta a falhas e problemas identificados;
  • Executar a lubrificação, regulagens e calibragens de todos os equipamentos mecânicos e pneumáticos;
  • Trocar fusíveis das subestações de alta tensão, zelando pela proteção dos equipamentos e circuitos contra sobrecargas e curtos-circuitos.
  • Organizar fiação de componentes externos e internos, reapertar conexões internas e externas de painéis elétricos e acessórios, bem como executar testes nos sistemas de proteção das máquinas para garantir sua operacionalidade e segurança;
  • Executar ligações de motores, manter e trocar rolamentos, criar setup de parâmetros e controles de soft start, bem como balancear e inverter as fases quando necessário, atendendo os requisitos da produção;
  • Confeccionar conjuntos mecânicos, máquinas ou equipamentos, seguindo desenho, de acordo com as necessidades do setor solicitante;
  • Realizar medições das tensões AC (corrente alternada) e DC (corrente contínua);
  • Interpretar esquemas elétricos, mecânicos e pneumáticos para facilitar a identificação de componentes e circuitos;
  • Diagnosticar falhas em sistemas elétricos e mecânicos utilizando ferramentas de diagnóstico para identificar e solucionar problemas emergentes;
  • Seguir rigorosamente normas técnicas de segurança e o uso dos Equipamentos de proteção Individual durante suas intervenções, e manter registros precisos das atividades de manutenção realizadas;

Requisitos:

  • Formação técnica completa em Eletromecânica, Eletrotécnica, Mecânica Industrial ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência comprovada em manutenção elétrica e mecânica industrial;
  • Conhecimentos em Montagem, instalação e manutenção de sistemas elétricos e eletrônicos; Leitura e interpretação de diagramas elétricos, mecânicos e pneumáticos; Manutenção de motores, geradores, correias, rolamentos e circuitos elétricos; Medição de tensões AC/DC e uso de instrumentos de medição; Lubrificação, regulagens e calibração de equipamentos mecânicos e pneumáticos; Trabalho com painéis elétricos, banco de capacitores, subestações de alta tensão e soft starters;
  • Conhecimento e aplicação de normas de segurança e uso obrigatório de EPI’s;
  • Disponibilidade para manutenção preventiva e corretiva, com foco em eficiência energética.

Horário:

01 VAGA - Turno I: das 05:00h as 13:30h (meia hora de intervalo) e intercala 1 sábado sim e outro não.
