A Bauer Media Group procura Brand Managers para trabalhar de forma transversal com diferentes antenas, contribuindo para a sua estratégia, identidade e crescimento, e transformando essa visão em iniciativas e experiências próximas dos ouvintes.

A tua missão: Como Brand Manager, serás o principal responsável por desenvolver e implementar estratégias que fortaleçam a presença e a relevância das marcas do nosso portfólio no mercado. Se és apaixonado por rádio e música, compreendes a essência das nossas marcas e queres contribuir ativamente para o seu crescimento e relevância, é aqui que deves estar!

O que vais fazer:

  • Garantir a consistência da marca em todos os pontos de contacto e plataformas;
  • Definir e implementar o posicionamento estratégico de cada marca;
  • Criar e gerir campanhas integradas que reforcem a identidade das marcas;
  • Conceber ativações memoráveis em festivais, concertos e emissões especiais, bem como ações B2B;
  • Analisar dados e tendências para otimizar a performance das marcas;
  • Gerir e otimizar o orçamento de marketing;
  • Desenvolver projetos com equipas internas e parceiros externos;
  • Acompanhar o mercado e inovar continuamente.

O que deves trazer:

  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos em Marketing;
  • Experiência em gestão de marca e campanhas integradas (áudio, digital, eventos);
  • Paixão por rádio e música, e conhecimento do mercado de áudio;
  • Capacidade de gerir projetos de A a Z, com foco em resultados;
  • Espírito criativo, proativo e colaborativo;
  • Forte sentido de organização e de gestão de tarefas;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e gestão de stakeholders (internos e externos);
  • Vontade de fazer a diferença numa marca de referência;
  • Conhecimentos de CRM e Customer Experience.

Valorizamos:

  • Formação superior em Gestão, Marketing ou similares;
  • Um bom nível de inglês.
