Nurse Tech / Bath Aide – Full-Time Days Hillcrest Firethorn | Lincoln, NE | Full-Time Love helping others? Want a schedule that gives you a day off during the week AND your weekends free? Hillcrest Firethorn is looking for a compassionate, dependable Nurse Tech / Bath Aide to join our team! If you enjoy caring for seniors, building meaningful relationships, and making someone's day a little brighter, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Your Schedule Full-Time | Four 10-Hour Day Shifts

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

Wednesdays OFF!

Weekends OFF!

Enjoy a consistent schedule with time for yourself during the week! What You'll Be Doing

Assist residents with bathing, showering, grooming, and personal hygiene.

Ensure residents feel comfortable, safe, and respected during personal care.

Provide assistance with dressing, mobility, and other daily living activities.

Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe care environment.

Build positive relationships with residents while providing compassionate, personalized care.

Work alongside a supportive nursing team to deliver exceptional care!

What You'll Bring

Current Nebraska CNA certification preferred.

Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, or personal care preferred.

A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident care.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Dependability and a team-first attitude.
