Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time Days Hillcrest Firethorn | Lincoln, NE | Full-Time | Day Shift Love nursing but looking for a place where you can truly connect with your patients? Provide high-quality nursing care to residents while promoting their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Assess residents' needs, monitor changes in condition, and coordinate individualized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

Collaborate with physicians, nursing assistants, and other care team members.

Provide guidance and support to Nurse Techs and fellow team members.

Communicate with residents and families to ensure a positive care experience.

Maintain accurate documentation and follow nursing policies and procedures.

Be a trusted resource and advocate for the residents in your care!

What You'll Bring

Current, active Nebraska RN license or a qualifying multistate compact license.

Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.

Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

A compassionate, patient-centered approach to nursing.

A dependable, team-oriented attitude and a passion for helping others.
