Ideal candidates will have:
A friendly and welcoming personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependability and consistent follow-through. Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Comfort working directly with patients. Ability to take direction from therapists and clinical staff. A positive, encouraging approach when supporting patients. It is an active role with plenty of variety and interaction throughout the day. If you are interested in physical therapy, rehabilitation, healthcare, exercise science, or a future clinical career, this is also a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the therapy environment while learning from experienced clinicians.
