Team Member Specialist – Hillcrest Caring Companions Location: Bellevue, NEService Line: Hillcrest Caring CompanionsSchedule: Full-time Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Team Member Specialist to join our Hillcrest Caring Companions team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting, connecting with people, moving quickly, and creating a great first impression. As the Team Member Specialist, you will help identify and hire quality caregivers while creating an onboarding experience that gets new team members excited, prepared, and ready to succeed. In this role, you will help bring that mission to life by finding great people who are passionate about caring for others and helping them start their Hillcrest journey on the right foot. What You’ll Do As the Team Member Specialist, you will be a key part of the caregiver recruiting and onboarding process for Hillcrest Caring Companions. You will:

Review incoming applications daily and identify qualified caregiver candidates. Reach out quickly to qualified applicants and keep candidates moving through the hiring process. Conduct phone interviews to learn more about candidate experience, availability, and overall fit. Schedule and conduct face-to-face interviews with qualified applicants. Proactively source caregiver candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and outreach methods. Make outbound recruiting calls and engage prospective caregivers who may not have applied yet. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of caregiver candidates. Track applications, candidate activity, interviews, and sourcing efforts accurately. Partner closely with Team Member Services throughout the recruiting and hiring process. Work with the Client Support Specialist to create a smooth and thorough onboarding experience. Coordinate with the Staffing Specialist to understand current staffing capacity and highest-priority hiring needs. Assist with recruiting advertising, social media, and other candidate-attraction efforts. Gather required new-hire documentation and help ensure new caregivers are ready to begin. Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the entire hiring process. Help create an engaging and welcoming experience from the first conversation through onboarding. Jump in wherever needed to help Hillcrest Caring Companions attract and hire great caregivers.

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and knows how to keep things moving. The right candidate will be outgoing, organized, and comfortable spending a good portion of the day calling candidates, interviewing, following up, sourcing, and staying on top of multiple applicants at once. You should also understand that recruiting caregivers takes persistence. Sometimes the right candidate applies directly. Other times, you have to go find them. Ideal candidates will have:

A friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality. Strong communication and interviewing skills. Confidence making outbound recruiting and sourcing calls. A proactive approach to finding and engaging candidates. Strong organization and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities at the same time. Excellent follow-through and responsiveness. Strong attention to detail and accurate candidate tracking. Comfort working toward recruiting goals and performance expectations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong relationship-building skills. A positive and professional approach with candidates and team members. Comfort using recruiting technology, social media, and other sourcing tools. A genuine interest in helping people find meaningful work.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. At least two years of Human Resources experience preferred. Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, caregiver recruiting, HR, or similar experience strongly preferred. Experience conducting phone screens and in-person interviews preferred. Experience with candidate sourcing and proactive recruiting outreach is helpful.

Physical & Other Requirements

Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Must be able to handle challenging or emotional conversations professionally. Must be flexible and calm when priorities or staffing needs change quickly. Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to utilize technology and available recruiting resources efficiently and effectively. Must be able to independently lift up to 35 pounds. Must be able to perform repetitive sitting, standing, bending, and movement associated with an office environment. Must follow established infection-control, safety, and organizational policies. Other duties as assigned.
