Hillcrest Home Care is looking for an experienced Home Health Med/Surg RN to join our Omaha-area team. What You’ll Do As a Home Health RN, you’ll provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while partnering with patients, families, providers, therapists, CNAs, and other members of the care team. What We’re Looking For

Current RN license in Nebraska or a compact state

Minimum 1 year of home health nursing experience

OASIS experience preferred

Experience with wound care, catheter management, and IV therapy preferred

Strong assessment, communication, and time-management skills

Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
